Frequently asked
Is my data private?
Completely. Enhanced has no account and no server — everything you enter is stored only on your device. We never receive, see, or share any of it, and there is no analytics or tracking. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
How do I back up or move my data?
Export everything as Markdown, JSON or CSV from the app's settings, and keep that file wherever you like. Because your data lives on the device, an export is also your backup.
How do I delete my data?
Delete any entry inside the app at any time, or delete the app to remove everything. Since nothing is stored anywhere else, uninstalling erases it completely.
Can I bring my history from another app?
Yes — workout history imports from a CSV export, and each exercise it does not recognise can be mapped onto one you already have, or created on the spot.
What does Enhanced Pro unlock?
Pro removes the limits of the free plan — no cap on tracked items, schedules, routines or stock items — and adds blood work and blood pressure logging with their charts. It is available monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you have already written down stays on your device and stays readable — the free limits apply to adding new items, not to what is already there.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app's Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Your entitlement is read straight from your Apple ID, so it comes back on any device signed in with the same account.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Enhanced, and change or cancel it there.
Does Enhanced give medical advice?
No. Enhanced is a record-keeping tool. It stores what you enter and does the arithmetic on it — nothing in the app is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. It carries no reference ranges for blood work: the only range shown is the one you copied from your own lab report.
